Hired items will be used, stored and maintained as per the instructions provided with each item. The Hirer is responsible for the Hire Goods whilst in their care, custody or control and for any loss or damage to the Hire Goods. The full replacement cost will be charged for Hire Goods that are not returned, or returned damaged. Hire Goods must be returned in the same good condition as they were when the hire began. If the Hirer requires any alterations to the Hire Goods these must be agreed prior to the commencement of the hire. Any agreed alterations must be carried out by a properly qualified seamstress or prop maker. The Hirer will pay the Hire Charge in full either on collection or prior to delivery. All items are hired for theatrical purposes only. It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure that they are only used safely for theatrical purposes. No assurance or evidence of fire-proofing is provided and the Hirer takes responsibility for the use of such items.
